Yes! All our workshops are designed for participants of varying experience and we purposely keep our class size small so everyone gets the support they need to learn and create.

Our workshops are usually held in The Book room at Williamstown Library. This is a beautiful, private sunlit room, fully accessible, with a kitchenette and access to the library’s accessible bathroom. Approximately a week prior to your workshop, details of the venue will be emailed to you.

Generally all materials and tools are provided but it is a good idea to bring an apron and wear comfortable clothing.

Yes! Thrums Craft Cottage is not a source of income for us, it is a passion project we are delighted to donate our time to. We keep our costs as low as possible so we can donate as much as possible to First People’s-led organisations with a focus on the welfare of women and children.

Through our workshops alone we have raised $6,000 since 2022.
